Reiki Session
Reiki is energy healing on a quantum physics and spiritual level. Everything is energy. Reiki is used for aligning your chakras, reduced tension and anxiety, spiritual development, stress relief, emotional and physical healing, increased energy and circulation, and awareness of self through channeling the right vibration of energy.
45 minute session focusing intention and universal energy to help clear and balance. Distance reiki also available.

Hypnosis, NLP & General Talk Therapy
Allow your subconscious to help you. Hypnosis has been proven to be quicker than traditional therapy.
Hypnosis for those in need of assistance to change a habits, or mindset, to let go and move on from an issue or event, emotion release, quit smoking or sleep more deeply.
General Talk Therapy to anyone who needs someone to talk to, some direction or help finding clarity within themselves.
NLP works well with hypnosis, this therapy is great for re-framing how we think about things, fears and phobias, mindset change.
Spiritual Hypnosis is a great way to open your self up to connecting to your higher-self, healing and sub-consciously resetting old limiting beliefs (usually based on your past experiences) that hold you back. Past life Regressions.

Akashic Records Reading
Akashic Readings: In theosophy and anthroposophy, the Akashic records (or the Book of Life as it is called in the Bible) are a compilation of all universal events, thoughts, words, emotions, and intent ever to have occurred in the past, present, or future in terms of all entities and life forms. Find out about your souls journeys, your soul group, your archetype, core wound, and more.
Find out about your souls origins, contracts, blockages, crystals best for you, soul training and more. I access your records in your book of life, and gather information your guides allow and after I go over what I found, you get to experience going to your akashic records through a form of guided meditation.
