Candice Cole
I'm Candice Cole, a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CH), Neuro-lingistic programming practitioner (NLP), Reiki Master and Relationship coach. Office Located in Cookstown, Ontario. Online and in person appointments available.
I focus on healing and growth. My goal is to assist in reducing bad thoughts, fears and old habits, to begin replacing them with positive tools to move you forward towards a happier life.
Knowing yourself is the first step in personal development. Accepting the good and not so good in ones self, we begin to understand and can start to really grow into the best version of ourselves. I feel it is important to focus on the goals and steps to get there, while allowing clients to recognize where they need healing. I like to encourage action plans to help clients feel accountable in moving forward.
I have always been an intuitive empath. I have spent a lot of time developing my gifts and skills. I love spiritual hypnosis... It's so amazing what comes out when a client is comfortable and open to all experiences.

Shamonic Home Clearing
Cleansing a space, can be very helpful to move stagnant energy. Everything in our world is made up of atoms, that vibrate at different frequencies. Every material thing holds a vibration or frequency. Items and spaces can hold onto energies. This is why, as far back as we know Natives, and many other cultures practiced smuding / clearing energies through ceremony. These ceremonies consist of specific prayers, tools, and intention.
